Jen
Design Manager
Jen has over 25 years of experience in space planning, interior design, and commercial furnishings. She has creativity and a high ability to solve a client's needs. She helps build functional, beautiful, and cost-effective spaces while performing and managing all disciplines of design: programming, space planning, 3D renderings, furniture selections and procurement, and interior finishings.
Butch
Installation Manager
Butch brings over 27 years of commercial furniture installation experience to the table. He has extensive knowledge of most commercial furniture lines, and his project management skills are second to none. His ability to meet deadlines and adapt to different scenarios and situations is truly remarkable while providing quality craftsmanship.
Collin
Installer
Collin is a second-generation commercial installer learning the trade from the best in the business. Collin comes to Innovate with a fresh mindset and ability to adapt to any situation. With only two short years of experience, Collin’s furniture knowledge and installation skills are that of a seasoned vet. His enjoyable attitude and technical knowledge have greatly benefited the Innovate team. He makes it quick, easy, and fun to work with.
